Sometimes computer firewalls, etc. block the Shades of Green confirmation letters from arriving at their destination e-mail address. Guests can contact Shades of Green reservations at (407) 824-6483 if they need assistance. The Reservations office is open Monday through Friday from 0830-1700, closed on federal holidays

Finally! It is time to register for the 3rd Region Meeting. This year’s meeting, hosted by the Sunshine Chapter, will be held at the Shades of Green Resort at Walt Disney World. I hope you heeded my earlier message and have already made your hotel reservations! If not, please do so ASAP! Cancellation must be made 30 days out.
For some, the fees you see on the registration form are a bit of a ‘sticker shock.’ As the number one tourist destination at a very popular time of year, well, we did the best we could to keep the cost down! Attached separately from this letter and registration form is a sheet with a tentative schedule and a list of “what is included.” Bottom line—when all is said and done, we all believe you will feel like it was a great meeting and that you got your money’s worth!
I’ve been blessed with a great 3rd Region Committee headed by Ms. Debbie Berry of Lockheed Martin here in Orlando. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact either of us on the Chapter e-mail c3203@ausa.org. NOTE: The registration form is an Excel Spreadsheet. I have included two versions. One is simply is titled “Registration Form.” For that one, please simply print the form; fill in all boxes and mail in with check(s)! The other is an electronic version titled “Electronic Registration Form.” Simply tab your way through that version and the total amount due will be calculated automatically.
Please register your delegates and guests as soon as possible. We would like to lock in our numbers by 17 March, so that should give you plenty of time to make any last minute changes.
