Central Florida Veterans Memorial Park Foundation

(CFVMPF) Memorial DedicationPresident Debbie L. Berry and several other AUSA Sunshine Chapter members attended the Central Florida Veterans Memorial Park Foundation (CFVMPF) Memorial Dedication and Ribbon Cutting on Veterans Day, 11 November 2013.

The Central Florida Veteran’s Memorial Park Foundation, Inc. (CFVMPF) w as founded in 2003 to develop a World Class memorial park to honor the approximately 1,100+ Veterans who left the six counties the new Lake Nona VA Hospital will serve in service to our Nation and gave their all in support of Combat Operations.

Just seven months after the Central Florida Veterans Memorial Park Foundation (CFVMPF) broke ground on the Memorial to the Fallen, construction has been completed and was dedicated on Veterans Day. The CF Veterans Memorial Park is located on an acre of land donated by the Lake Nona Land Company, LLC. It will eventually connect to 24 miles of bike and side walk path in the Lake Nona Medical City. It is the first memorial to be built adjacent to any VA Hospital in the nation.
