Since its inception in 1990 by Jim E. Jardon II and Don Howard, Jardon and Howard Technologies (now JHT, Incorporated) has experienced tremendous growth. What began as a Hispanic-owned, small disadvantaged 8(a) business graduated in February 2005 to a service-disabled, veteran-owned large business.

JHT began as a provider of high-quality computer-based training to government clients, and that core capability has now expanded into the conversion of existing stand-up instruction and the delivery of highly interactive multimedia courseware anytime, anywhere over the Word Wide Web. In addition, our ability to quickly and efficiently understand our clients' challenges and to respond with creative, high-quality training courseware has not only expanded our government customer base, but also moved JHT into the market area of commercial training clients.

The concept-to-production capabilities of JHT's commercial video and television work are still an integral part of our creative solutions legacy, serving both government and commercial customers.

JHT has further expanded its customer solutions by adding a contractor support services practice. This division provides highly qualified professional, technical, managerial, and administrative personnel to augment the federal government's workforce.

As a result of our commitment to customer satisfaction and the recruitment and retention of top-quality employees, JHT finished its fiscal year 2005 with revenues of $115 million, and over 800 employees in 38 states around the country.
